The Nauru Police Force Corporate Manager oversees human resources, finance, housekeeping programmed maintenance staff, logistics, fleet, ICT and the armoury.
Reporting to the Deputy Commissioner, the Corporate Manager ensures frontline Policing remains efficient and effective.
The Corporate Management team has assisted in transforming Police Officer recruitment, onboarding, promotion and progression processes and enabled greater diversity within the workforce at the Nauru Police Force.
In recent years, substantial changes to the employee relations environment within her team, the implementation of a new people strategy, as well as the championing of inclusion, gender equity and diversity and the tackling workplace bullying has provided Nauru Police Force personnel with a modern, progressive and safe workplace that values the contributions of all who work here.
The Nauru Police Force Media and Communications Office is also under Corporate Management. The Office is responsible for producing media products to promote the work of Police and educate and inform the public on the law, Police news and training, and Police partnerships with other Departments and Agencies.
