Yes, you can. All documents that are tabled or discussed in Parliament are public documents, which means that everyone is entitled to access them.

You can find many parliamentary documents through this website, in particular, copies of Bills and Acts, and Committee documents. The website will include copies of the transcripts of what is said during Parliament, known as Hansard, when they become available.
